The PromoGrid ecosystem has 4 interconnected nodes: promogrid.ro (the standard — definition, architecture and modules), advisors-promogrid.com (PromoGrid Advisors — the consulting practice that extends the standard), advisors-promogrid.com/iscr (ISCR EXTINS — the consumer sentiment index) and ops.ro (Open Public Service SRL — the parent company, founded in 1996).
ISCR EXTINS (Consumer Sentiment Index towards Commercial Promotions) is a measurement instrument developed by PromoGrid Advisors, available at advisors-promogrid.com/iscr. It measures consumer perception towards different types of commercial promotions and provides useful data in the planning phase (Module G — Scenario Lab).
ops.ro is the hub of the ecosystem — the website of Open Public Service SRL, the parent company of PromoGrid. OPS has 30 years of experience in complex operations and created the PromoGrid Standard from accumulated operational practice. ops.ro connects all products and services of the OPS group.
The 12 instruments are applications complementary to the standard. Some support stages in the promotion lifecycle (Organizational Profile, Risk Matrix, Risk Audit, Promotion Design); others provide scoring and assessment tools (G-Score, AIRisk, CMMI Assessor); others are analytical and market sensitivity tools (PG-FI, ISCR Diagnostic, Promo ROI Intelligence, Customers Equity, Stability). The standard describes how promotions are operated; the web instruments provide practical support in applying the standard.
No. Only three instruments are public and directly accessible: ISCR Interactive Diagnostic, Stability and PG-FI (Fear Index). The remaining nine instruments require an active contract with PromoGrid Advisors. Advisors access is part of the service package and includes implementation support.
